West Fresno CAN

Beginning in 2019, EJP worked with Fresno Housing (FH) to facilitate board-staff work sessions with the intention of developing a new action plan for the agency. This proactive collaboration led FH to apply for the 2020 Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant. As a result, FH and the CAN neighborhood received a $450,000 CN planning grant toward the revitalization effort. Serving as the planning coordinator, EJP worked with Fresno Housing and partners to manage the planning process, develop a new vision for the neighborhood, set goals and priorities for the community, determine a path to implementation, and develop a final transformation plan.
