Relocating individuals and families is a sensitive and delicate process, whether for one day or several months. EJP works with development team members to carefully and thoughtfully plan for and execute the relocation of families who must move either temporarily or permanently due to development activities.
Our team provides technical assistance and guidance throughout the entire relocation process – from planning to successful moves. We have advised our clients on relocation efforts for many project types including demolition/disposition, on-site rehabilitation, new construction and conversions through Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Choice Neighborhoods, Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and other programs.
