EJP partners with housing agencies, local governments, nonprofit organizations, and foundations to develop and implement strategies that improve quality of life and expand opportunities for individuals, families, and communities.

Through planning, assessment, financing, and implementation, EJP helps clients develop sustainable programs, strengthen community resources, and advance neighborhood transformation.

Our plans and programs promote the development of local approaches which help participating families increase earned income, make progress toward achieving economic independence and housing self-sufficiency, minimize inter-generational poverty, or, in the case of senior residents, improve living conditions to age-in-place.
