In Annapolis, EJP conducted a portfolio analysis to develop recommendations for repositioning the remainder of the HACA’s portfolio. Subsequently, EJP conducted an operations assessment to outline opportunities for improving operations procedures and practices including revising both the Administrative Plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and moving toward a paperless system. EJP served as the planning coordinator to assist the city and HACA to develop a transformation plan for Eastport Terrace-Harbor House after a successful Choice Planning grant application in 2021.
