Housing Connect

In 2018, EJP completed a portfolio analysis for Housing Connect, formerly Salt Lake Housing Authority, analyzing their public housing and LIHTC portfolio for long-term feasibility including pre-visit research, market conditions, capital needs, site visit and final repositioning strategy report. Since then, EJP has assisted Housing Connect with the repositioning of multiple public housing sites by conducting Section 18 Demolition and Disposition applications and leveraging Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) programs. EJP has closed two straight RAD conversions, and currently assists with closing on a 9% LIHTC/RAD rehab and two additional Section 18 Obsolescence applications.
