EJP has been serving as development advisor to the Wilmington Housing Authority since 2018, starting with the completion of a strategic portfolio assessment. EJP was subsequently contracted to implement repositioning recommendations, providing technical assistance on RAD conversions and new mixed-finance development using RAD and tax credits and preparing a Section 18 demolition/disposition application. In 2018, EJP conducted a Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant competitive assessment for Riverside, an 8-phase redevelopment project.
