Senior Analyst
Bianca was born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. She studied International Relations at the University of Delaware and received her Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Georgia Tech. She is passionate about creating just and inclusive places where people can thrive.
Bianca brings a broad and holistic perspective to community development and urban planning. Her background is varied, and she has worked in transportation, economic development, community development, housing, and social policy. At EJP, Bianca supports master planning, grant applications, project management, and strategic planning.
Bianca currently lives in Philly, where she enjoys taking walks around her neighborhood and appreciating the architecture. She loves all things related to food and is always looking for new restaurants. Reading, travelling, and spending time with her loved ones keeps her whole and grounded.
