EJP is partnering with the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority to transform the Marble Manor community in Las Vegas. EJP wrote the successful planning grant in 2021 and led development of the comprehensive Transformation Plan, A New Beginning. In 2024, the team was awarded a $50 million Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant from HUD to bring the plan to life. EJP now serves as Implementation Manager, guiding the multi-phase redevelopment effort. The first phase is underway and will deliver 138 new units, including 53 replacement homes for Marble Manor residents. When complete, the plan will create more than 600 units of high-quality, mixed-income housing, alongside investments in neighborhood improvements and supportive services.

Marble Manor in the valley is undergoing its first major upgrade since the 1960s.
The redevelopment project is transforming 28 duplexes into 138 new homes, marking the initial phase of revitalizing this part of the historic Westside community. This is the first step in transforming the Historic Westside community.
Over the next eight years, Marble Manor will expand from just over 200 units to more than 600 homes.
