EJP is proud to support the City of Las Vegas and the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) in the redevelopment of the Historic Westside. EJP led a Choice Neighborhoods Planning effort to develop the Marble Manor Manor Transformation Plan, A New Beginning, and continues to facilitate implementation as the project moves forward with the construction of Phase I in 2026.

Over the next eight years, Marble Manor will expand from just over 200 units to more than 600 homes.

Housing Daytona Beach (HDB) is moving forward with plans to redevelop its Palmetto Park, Caroline Village and Walnut Oak properties.
