Westside Evolves (One Westside)

The Westside Evolves Initiative aims to transform the Westside neighborhood in Chattanooga into a thriving, growing community. Throughout the 12-month planning process, EJP partnered with the Chattanooga Design Studio and the Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) to engage residents, local artists, city partners, and other key stakeholders in developing a comprehensive transformation plan and vision for this downtown neighborhood. EJP will continue to assist CHA and partners to realize this community-driven vision by providing ongoing development consulting services including support with funding applications, Section 18 Demolition and Disposition applications, developer procurement, and relocation planning.
