EJP would like to congratulate the Housing Authority of Baltimore City on its recent award of Low Income Housing Tax Credits to complete two additional phases of the PSO Transformation Plan. To date, HABC and partners have secured financing for six of the nine housing phases in this ambitious Choice Neighborhoods initiative. EJP serves as HABC's Development and Choice Neighborhood Implementation Advisor and Program Coordinator.
