Stanford Harvey
Urban Designer
Stan is a Fellow of the American Planning Association with over 30 years of experience. Building upon both his background in architecture and city planning and his work for the City of Atlanta in the years preceding the 1996 Olympics, he founded the award-winning Urban Collage, Inc. and served as Director of Urban Design and Planning and the Lexington Office of Lord Aeck Sargent. He has directed numerous projects, including campus/precinct studies, downtown plans, neighborhood plans and transportation/land use studies. His specialty is conceptualization of planning processes, facilitating community participation, directing facility and infrastructure programs, and developing implementation strategies. ​
