Scott Jepsen

Scott Jepsen has extensive experience with mixed-finance housing development, strategic planning and economic growth initiatives. Housing authorities, developers, cities, non-profits and HUD have all relied on his specialized technical assistance from predevelopment planning through implementation and operations. Mr. Jepsen started his affordable housing career as a staff member of the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) managing the redevelopment of Holly Park, SHA's first HOPE VI grant. He also served three consecutive terms as Mayor of Shoreline, a city of 53,000 just north of Seattle. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Washington and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
