Gayle Epp, Scott Jepsen and Rhae Parkes have worked together for more than ten years achieving celebrated results on complex projects and initiatives nation-wide. As former Abt Associates staff, we collaborated on a wide variety of projects, ranging from public housing redevelopment to community revitalization to the evaluation of delivery systems for resident support services.
